The Quechee Hot Air Balloon Festival is always a colorful event.  This year the weather cooperated for all three days of the festival!.   The Ottauquechee River which runs directly along the festival grounds is often the site that balloonists will attempt a "splash and dash", touching down to skim the water and give the riders (and photographers!) a thrill.  Toss in the covered bridge in the background and you have a recipe for a perfect summer picture.
